LAN and steaks, at that! Maybe. I'm planning on having a LAN redux this coming sunday, the 9th of July. Please comment if you're coming, both so that I can figure out who's here and if I need to reschedule, and so that I can organize extra routers if necessary, and so I can plan FOOD.
Games played will likely be UT2004, DoW, MAYBE WC3, and possibly CS:Source if everyone has it and I'm frugal enough to buy it. Any other games people bring are welcome, as well. It starts at about noon, and since I don't work the next day, it goes until whenever people want. My parents aren't home, so we have plenty of space, and I have ONE router with FOUR slots availible. So that means that the fifth person commenting should help me make arrangements for a second router. Not that I expect that many people, but if you're up for it, I'm up for it. We even have a TABLE and CHAIRS. (OMG CHAIRS!) In the upstairs, where there's LIGHT and AC. (OMG LIGHT!)
I'll be calling / AIMing around to see who all is up for it. If I get, like, no response, I'll reschedule, but I'm hoping I won't have to. I CAN reschedule to monday if need be, but then I'll be gone for about four hours.
Now, as for food, I'm planning on grilling steaks. But steaks are, you know, expensive. I'll post again later about how much I'll need each of you to bring, but plan on bringing about 5 dollars.
